Notice of Emergency Board of Supervisors Meeting of the Carlton Lakes Community Development District
The Board of Supervisors of the Carlton Lakes Community Development District (the “District”) held an emergency meeting on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Carlton Lakes Clubhouse located at 11404 Carlton Fields Drive, Riverview, Florida to discuss emergency clean up after Hurricane Milton. The Board approved the PineLake Storm Clean Up proposal in the amount of $28,140.00, split over the next eight months in the amount of $3,517.50. The next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.
