NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 15th day of September 2022, in Case No. 20-CA-004142, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST AS TRUSTEE FOR PNPMS TRUST II is the Plaintiff and ARTHUR D. ANDREWS; EDWINA ANDREWS; SUNTRUST BANK; DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY- INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; STATE OF FLORIDA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; CORY LAKE ISLES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TIERRA VERDE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 26th day of November 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
