described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest comer of the aforementioned lot 6, Block 3, thence S 00 degrees 04'25” West, 150.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 26'15” West 300.00 feet; thence North 44 degrees 26'15” West, 230.00 feet, more or less, to the waters edge of Lake Hiawatha; thence Northeasterly 105.00 feet, more or less, along said waters edge; thence S 44 degrees 26' 15” East, 120.00 feet, more or less; thence South 89 degrees 26' 15” East, 300.00 feet along a line 150.00 feet, South and parallel to the North boundary of the South 3/4 of the aforementioned Tract 3 of Keystone Park Colony, to the Point of Beginning.
