Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-CA-8850, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, and the subsequent Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and Disburse Deposit from Cancelled Sale, entered on October 18, 2024, that I will sell the following real property located in Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as:
UNIT W-62, AMERICAN OUTDOORS CAMPER RESORT #1, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records book 1673, Page 2487, and Condominium Plat Book 8, Page 219, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and as subsequently amended, together with all appurtenances thereto appertaining and specified in said condominium declaration.
Together with that certain 2018 Mobile Home having the Identification Number BA610377K and Title Number of 131106510.
a/k/a 5237 White Sky Circle, Fort Myers, Florida 33908.
to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale, beginning at 9:00 am on
www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 21st day of November, 2024.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
