Optimum Storage Solutions hereby gives notice of public sale to be held on September 16, 2024 at 10:00 am through www.storagetreasures.com. This sale is conducted pursuant to Florida Statutes section 83.806, to satisfy the lien for storage costs, unpaid rent and other associated expenses.
The property being sold consists of the contents of the following commercial unit: Unit Number: 2 Tenant Name: SF Distribution USA, Inc. Description of Property: One (1) Vaccu Shaper Treadmill; One (1) Vaccu Shaper Stationary Bike. The property will be sold to the highest bidder, with all sales being final. The sale is to be conducted “AS IS, WHERE IS,” without any warranties, expressed or implied. Items must be removed within 48 hours.
All payments must be made in cash or certified funds at the time of sale. Optimum Storage Solutions reserves the right to bid at the sale, reject any bids, or cancel the sale any time.
