NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Assignment of Leases and Rents dated August 22, 2024, issued in and for Polk County, Florida, in Case No. 2023-CA-006412, wherein CIVIC REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS III, LLC is the Plaintiff, and VACATION RENTALS GROUP, INC. A FLORIDA CORPORATION, OLEG PROKOPEV and BAHAMA BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, STACY BUTTERFIELD, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on October 08, 2024, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.polk.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Assignment of Leases and Rents, to wit:
