NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2023, and entered in Case No. 53-2018-CA-003384 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which OH TACOMA 1 SUBI, A SERIES OF OH TACOMA 1 TRUST, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEE, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF THOMAS LEROY MCGHEE A/K/A THOMAS L. MCGHEE, DECEASED; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR EQUIFIRST CORPORATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; CLUB HILL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A NICHOLAS FOLKES; DENISE YOUNGCLAUS; THOMASLEROY MCGHEE, JR.; DEBORAH JO FRANCIS; TIMOTHY CLARK MCGHEE are defendants, Stacy M.
