UNIT NO. Q-101 OF THE OAKS IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 821, PAGE 2073, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as 19505 Quesada Ave., Unit QQ101, Port Charlotte, FL 33948
AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien assessment on the above-described real property has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ERNEST W. STURGES, JR., ESQ., GOLDMAN, TISEO & STURGES P.A., 701 JC Center Court, Suite 3, Port Charlotte, FL 33954, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before October 10, 2024; otherwise, a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
