TREVESTA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF AMENDED MEETINGS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024 AND
MEETINGS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025
The Board of Supervisors of the Trevesta Community Development District will hold the remaining regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2024 and the regular meetings and workshops for Fiscal Year 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Trevesta Clubhouse, 6210 Trevesta Place, Palmetto, Florida 34221, unless otherwise indicated, on the following dates:

October 24, 2024
January 23, 2025
March 27, 2025
April 24, 2025 (Workshop)
May 22, 2025
July 24, 2025
August 28, 2025
The meetings will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida law for community development districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time and place to be specified on the record at a meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meetings listed above may be obtained from Rizzetta & Company, Inc., 2700 South Falkenburg Road, Riverview, Florida 33578, or by phone at (813) 533-2950.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. A person who decides to appeal any decision made at the meeting with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
