at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at by electronic sale, accessed through the Sarasota County Clerk's website at www.sarasota.realforclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 23rd day of September 2024. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
