NOTICE OF BUDGET WORKSHOP BETWEEN THE
BELMONT COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AND
BELMONT II COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of the Belmont Community Development District (“Belmont”) and the Board of Supervisors of the Belmont II Community Development District (“Belmont II”, and together with Belmont the “Districts”) will hold a joint budget workshop of the Board of Supervisors on September 17, 2024, at 8:30 AM at the Vista Palms Clubhouse, 5019 Grist Mill Court, Wimauma, FL 33598. The purpose of the joint workshop is to discuss the proposed interlocal budget, and any other matters mutually affecting the Districts. Immediately following the joint workshop, the Belmont Community Development District will hold a regular Board of Supervisors meeting.

The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when Supervisors or staff of the Districts may participate by speaker telephone.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting or to obtain access to the telephonic, video conferencing, or other communications media technology used to conduct this meeting is asked to advise the Belmont or Belmont II District Offices at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting by contacting: (1) the Belmont District Manager at (813) 344-4844; (2) the Belmont II District Manager at (813) 533-2950. Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at this meeting is advised that person will need a record of the proceeding and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
