YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following property in Lee County, Florida has been filed against you, to wit:
Lots 12 and 13, Block 5796, Cape Coral Unit 88, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof recorded in the Plat Book 24, Page 127 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Lee County, Florida.
also known as 3932 NE 23rd Place, Cape Coral, Florida (the “Property”).
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Mya M.
Hatchette, Esquire, Maynard Nexsen, 200 E. New England Ave., Suite 300, Winter Park, Florida 32789, on or before October 15, 2024, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
