NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 27, 2024, entered in Case No.: 2024-002142-CI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CHARLES H. HUME, SANDRA L. HUME, UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 16, 2024, bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. (EST), on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT 14, EDINA-GARDEN OF EDEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ALSO KNOWN AS 1032 12TH STREET N., ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33705.
NOTICE
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
