NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit Number C-33, CHATEAU BELLEAIR CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3897, Page 64, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements. With the following street address: 2209 Belleair Rd., #C33, Clearwater, Florida, 33764.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 3, 2024.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
