Trust 2004-NC8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-NC8, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, James Gilbert, deceased, Nicole Gilbert, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Barbara J. Gilbert, deceased, Morris Gilbert a/k/a Morris James Gilbert, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the September 25, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
