NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 28, 2024, issued in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in Case No. 22-004674-CI, wherein US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff, and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST WILLIAM FRANK BLEDSOE, JR. A/K/A BRENDA ELAINE BLEDSOE A/K/A BRENDA E. BLEDSOE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, KARA NICOLE HARDMAN, AARON SCOTT BLACK, CHRISTOPHER CARL BLACK, HEATHER MARIE BLACK, TERRY L. CANNON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AARON SCOTT BLACK, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on October 15, 2024, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
