NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and for Other Relief dated August 20, 2024, issued in and for Volusia County, Florida, in Case No. 2024 10052 CIDL , wherein PACIFIC ASSET HOLDINGS, LLC is the Plaintiff, and TREE HOUSE CITIES LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, KERRY ANNE SAMIRA ROILAND, SUNNOVA ABS MANAGEMENT LLC, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A WILLIAM ROLAND are the Defendants.
