LOT 51, MAGNOLIA RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 141, PAGE(S) 7 THROUGH 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 501 OAKHURST WAY, LAKE ALFRED, FL 33850; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on October 11, 2024 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
