NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on August 22, 2024 in Case No. 2023-CA-005995, in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein NORTHRIDGE RESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Plaintiffs and, TIMOTHY RODRIGUEZ, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants, that the Polk County Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder(s) for cash at public sale at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, at www.polk.realforeclose.com, the following property, as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Lot 97, NORTHRIDGE RESERVE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 173, Pages 21 through 24, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida with property address: 439 Taft Drive, Davenport, FL 33837.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
