NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 30, 2024 in Case No. 53-2024-CA-000544 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and JANICE OCENOSAK, SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, GOODLEAP, LLC, RENOVATEOPCO TRUST, HOMEOPCO SUB A TRUST, and AQUA FINANCE, INC are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the 29th day of October, 2024, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, and pursuant to Administrative Order No 3-15.16, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
