Final Judgment was awarded on August 19, 2024 in Civil Case No. 2024 CA 000349, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and JUANITA ELAINE RUTLEDGE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A LAURA THURLOUGH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
