NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Partition of Mineral Interests entered on September 9, 2024, in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, Civil Action Number 512024CA000035CAAXES, the undersigned Clerk will sell the subsurface oil, gas and mineral rights, including royalties (collectively, the “Mineral Interests”) on the Property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:

NOTICE: ANY PERSON, OTHER THAN THE OWNER(S) OF THE MINERAL RIGHTS ON THE PROPERTY AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN OR TO ANY SURPLUS FUNDS RESULTING FROM THE SALE CONTEMPLATED HEREIN, IF ANY, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF THE SALE.
