NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 15, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-CC-1051 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein ROTONDA WEST ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and Julien Seite and Unknown Spouse of Julien Seite are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of October, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 538, Rotonda West Pinehurst according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 12A thru 12K, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
