Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 6, 2024, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, Roger D. Eaton, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
UNIT O-107, OF THE OAKS IV, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DELCARATION OF CONDOMINIUM EXECUTED JUNE 5, 1985 AND RECORDED JUNE 21, 1985 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 821, PAGES 2073 THROUGH 2177, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 19505 QUESADA AVENUE UNIT OO-107 AKA 19505 QUESADA AVE -BLDG OO-UNIT O107, PORT CHARLOTTE, FL 33948; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes , on October 24, 2024 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
