DBA BSI FINANCIAL SERVICES, Plaintiff and JARROD MICHAEL BAGGS; ROBIN ELIZABETH BAGGS; SARAPALMS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; MV REALTY PBC, LLC; MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMERICAN EXPRESS, NATIONAL BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN HIGGINS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A BILL BALDWIN are defendants, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale Bradenton, FL, 34206 beginning at 11:00 AM on October 1, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
