EAGLE POINTE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025
The Board of Supervisors of the EAGLE POINTE Community Development District will hold their regular meetings for the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 at the the Eagle Pointe Clubhouse, 11450 Moonsail Drive, Parrish, FL 34219 at 6:00 p.m. on the 1st Wednesday of each month unless otherwise indicated as follows:
October 3, 2024* (1st Thursday)
November 7, 2024 at 6:30 p.m.
January 9, 2025* (2nd Thursday)
February 5, 2025
April 2, 2025
May 7, 2025
June 4, 2025
August 6, 2025
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from Governmental Management Services - Tampa, LLC, 4530 Eagle Falls Place, Tampa, Florida 33619 or by calling (813) 344-4844 (“District Office”).
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors or staff will participate by telephone.
