PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a complaint has been filed by Beverly Jean Williams Bostic, Plaintiff, against you, Chioma Inheanyi Nduke, in the Manatee County Court. This action arises from allegations of auto negligence related to a motor vehicle accident that occurred on July 12, 2023, in the City of Palmetto, Manatee County.
As a direct, proximate, and foreseeable result of the negligence of the Defendant, Chioma Inheanyi Nduke, Plaintiff Beverly Jean Williams Bostic has suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, disability, physical impairment, disfigurement, mental anguish, inconvenience, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, incurred expenses for hospitalization, medical, chiropractic, and nursing care, loss of earnings, loss of ability to earn money, and aggravation of a previously existing condition. Plaintiff's losses are either permanent or continuing, and it is anticipated that Plaintiff will continue to suffer these losses in the future.
Relief Sought: Plaintiff seeks compensatory damages, costs, and any other relief deemed appropriate by the Court.
You are required to respond to this complaint no later than October 04, 2024. This notice is issued due to your current whereabouts being unknown. If you wish to contest this matter or seek further information, please contact the Manatee County Court or the Plaintiff's attorney.
