Woodland Preserve Community Development District
As required by Chapters 189 and 190 of Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Regular Meetings of the Board of Supervisors of the Woodland Preserve Community Development District shall be held the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 10:30 a.m. at Waterscapes Pools & Spas, 8141 Lakewood Main Street, Suite 209A, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202, except where noted. The meeting dates are as follows:

January 14, 2025
February 11, 2025
March 11, 2025
April 8, 2025
May 13, 2025
June 10, 2025
July 8, 2025
August 12, 2025
September 9, 2025
The meetings will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. Any meeting may be continued with no additional notice to a date, time and place to be specified on the record at a meeting. A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from Breeze, 1540 International Parkway, Suite 2000, Lake Mary FL 32756 or by calling (813) 565-4663, one week prior to the meeting.
There may be occasions when one or more supervisors will participate by telephone or other remote device.
