Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 25, 2024, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA AND STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING A PART OF LOT 15, MAP OF INDIAN BEACH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 15; THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 15, 143.87 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE 116.13 FEET; THENCE NORTH 31° 43' 00” WEST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 15, 116.00 FEET; THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 15, 178.38 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°44'00” WEST, 98.68 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. and commonly known as: 4500 BAYSHORE ROAD, SARASOTA, FL 34234; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on November 22, 2024 at 9:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
