NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment In Favor Of Plaintiff, Jacaranda West Homeowners Association #1, Inc., (the “Association”), entered in this action on the 10th day of September 2024, the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at a public sale conducted online at the the following website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on October 21, 2024 at 9:00 A.M, the following described property:
Lot 34188, HERITAGE LAKE ESTATES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages 46, 46A through 46I, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 1840 Flametree Lane, Venice, FL 34293, (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
