Final Judgment was awarded on February 15, 2024 in Civil Case No. 22-CA-005027, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CB3 is the Plaintiff, and SUSAN CAGLE; TERRY CAGLE A/K/A TERRY L. CAGLE; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT,; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
