NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 5, 2024, in Case No: 22-CA-010291, pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Superior Holdings LLC is the Plaintiff, and 7801 N. Nebraska Ave., LLC, et. al., are the Defendants; Cindy Stuart, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the following described property to the highest cash bidder at an auction which will be held at 10:00 AM on November 12, 2024, on the World Wide Web at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, to-wit:
Lot 1, HAMILTON SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, page 25, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS the West 33 Feet thereof for Road Right-of-Way.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
