YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Sharon Ladson has asked the Court to appoint her to be the Guardian of Person and Property of A. E. C. You are the natural guardian of A. E. C., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on SHARON LADSON, c/o ATTORNEY DANIEL DE PAZ, whose address is 136 Fourth Street N., Suite 2213, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, on or before 10/01/2024, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 800 E. Twiggs Street, 1st Floor, Room 101, Tampa, FL 33601, before service on Petitioner's Attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. You may review these documents upon request from the Clerk or Attorney Daniel de Paz. You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
