Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem Only) filed the 3rd day of September, 2024, in Case No. 19-CC-2016, County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CALUSA PALMS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ANNAMARIA FRISELLA WATKINS aka ANNAMARIA FRISELLA fka ANAMARIE KERSLAGER and the UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNAMARIA FRISELLA WATKINS aka ANNAMARIA FRISELLA fka ANAMARIE KERSLAGER now known as MICHAEL J. WATKINS are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on October 4, 2024 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
