NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 17, 2024, and entered in Case No. 36-2024-CA-003397 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which American Pacific Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Randall Charles Place; William Swanson; are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 4th day of October, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
