NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on July 31, 2024, and entered in Case No. 23-006658-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE CHALET SERIES IV TRUST is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER R. LISOWSKI and EDWARD L. LISOWSKI, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURJE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 23, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK 56, MEADOW LAWN 11TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 10 FEET OF THAT CERTAIN VACATED 20` WIDE WALKWAY LYING SOUTH OF LOT 36 AS VACATED IN OR BOOK 8382 PAGE 2236, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7260 17TH LANE NORTH, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33702 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
