Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Pinellas County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
APARTMENT A-17, TOWN APARTMENTS, INC., NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 5 AND 6, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2096, PAGE 613, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on October 24, 2024. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 P.M. on the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
