The work generally consists of the following:

The City of Dunedin, Florida, is committed to a fair and transparent bidding process. We are requesting bids from qualified individuals/firms to select a provider to furnish all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals required to provide and install Air Conditioner Replacement at the Community Center, located at 1920 Pinehurst Road, Dunedin Fl, 34698 in conformance with the bid document, which includes technical specifications and/or scope of work. Those individuals/firms interested in being considered for this ITB are instructed to submit their bid prior to 2:30 pm, October 15, 2024, via DemandStar*. Submittals shall be marked:

Vendors who obtain specifications and plans from sources other than DemandStar are cautioned that the bid package may be incomplete. The City may not accept incomplete bids.
