The work generally consists of the following:

The City of Dunedin, Florida, is committed to a fair and transparent bidding process. We are requesting bids from qualified individuals/firms to select a provider to furnish all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills, and incidentals required to provide and install a replacement roof for the City of Dunedin, Florida Public Works Department, in conformance with the bid document, which includes technical specifications and/or scope of work. Those individuals/firms interested in being considered for this ITB are instructed to submit their bid prior to 2:00 pm, Tuesday, October 15, 2024, via DemandStar*. Submittals shall be marked:
