NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 27, 2024 in Civil Case No. 23-007433-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein TXCO MORTGAGE HOLDINGS, LLC is Plaintiff and Constance Lynn Courtney, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of October, 2024 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The East 45 Feet of Lot 72, all of Lot 73, and The West 10 Feet of Lot 74, Block 43, A Subdivision of Belleair Estates, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page(s) 52 through 57, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
