NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 10, 2024, issued in and for Polk County, Florida, in Case No. 2022-CA-002209, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR RMTP TRUST, SERIES 2021 BKM-TT-V is the Plaintiff, and JESSICA MARIE PORTER A/K/A JESSICA PORTER, SCENIC HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. , STATE OF FLORIDA, CLERK OF COURT OF THE TENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ALEXIS AMBLE are the Defendants.
