You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of TAMARA V. HIGGINS, deceased, by the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, Probate Division; the address of which is P. O. Box 25400, Bradenton, Florida, 34206; that the decedent's date of death was July 28, 2024; that the only assets of the estate are decedent's homestead and exempt property which passed by court order to the following heirs of decedent:
