Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on October 9, 2024, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as follows:
Lot 10, Block H, Bayshore Gardens Subdivision, Section 19, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 76 and 77, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
