DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF GSAMP TRUST 2004-HE1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-HE1, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF CLARY LEE TRUEWELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLARY LEE TRUWELL; MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF MANATEE COUNTY; EDWARD BANKS; GLORIA JEAN VALANTIN; MARY RUTLEDGE; ANTHONY LEE TRUWELL; GEORGE TRUEWELL, III, are defendants.
