Lach, deceased, File Number 2024-CP-1790 by the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 1115 Manatee Avenue West, P. O. Box 25400, Bradenton Florida; that the decedent's date of death was July 8, 2024; that the total value of the estate is $37,150.49 and that the names and address of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
