NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2022-CA-001637 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC.,MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-QS8 is the Plaintiff and Kenneth C. Peterson a/k/a Kenneth Peterson; Gray Gables Neighborhood Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant 1 are the Defendants, that Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 13th day of November, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
