WATERSET NORTH COMMUNITY DVELOPEMENT DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the Waterset North Community Development District will hold its regular monthly meetings for Fiscal Year 2024/2025 at 6:00 P.M. at The Landing, located at 7012 Sail View Ln, Apollo Beach, FL 33572. The schedule is as follows:

The meetings will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date, time and location to be stated on the record.

A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
