NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 24-CA-001928 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank is the Plaintiff and David Wells; Janet L. Wells a/k/a Janet Wells; David Wells; Barrington Oaks East Homeowners Association, Inc.; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of October, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 2, BARRINGTON OAKS EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
