YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, TIFFANY GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Apartment No. 120, TIFFANY GARDENS APARTMENTS, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, Plat Book 7, Pages 23-25, and in O.R. Book 3455 Pages 937-977, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3100 Hartford St. N., #120, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33713
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
