Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 24-002169-CO the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Apartment 201, from the condominium Plat of KALMIA CONDOMINIUM No. 7, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 21, Pages 69, 70 and 71, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being fully described in the Declaration recorded in O.R. Book 4308, Pages 2124 through 2231, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common with, but not limited to all other owners of undivided interests in the improvements upon the land described in the Declaration for ingress and egress and use of all public passageways, as well as common areas and facilities upon the land above described, and in the developments of KALMIA.
Property Address: 1524 Lakeview Road Unit 201G, Clearwater, Florida 33756 (“Property”)
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on October 17, 2024. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
